Terms of service

Terms governing use of the Monitorkernelgrid website and commissioned app analytics services in Great Britain.

Last updated: 16 August 2026.

Acceptance and scope

By using this website you accept these terms. Paid analysis is governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work; if it conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement takes priority. Website information is general and is not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice.

Proposals, fees and client responsibilities

A proposal states deliverables, timing, assumptions, fees and taxes. You must provide lawful access to sufficiently accurate data, identify known quality issues and obtain internal permissions. Delays or incomplete inputs may require a revised timetable or scope. Invoices are payable on the schedule in the proposal.

Intellectual property

We retain rights in pre-existing methods, templates and general analytical know-how. Once undisputed fees are paid, you may use commissioned deliverables internally for the purposes stated in the proposal. You retain ownership of your data and materials. Site text, design and branding may not be copied or republished without written permission.

Confidentiality and data

Each party must protect non-public information and use it only for the agreed work. Data handling, retention and security requirements may be detailed in a data processing agreement. Do not submit customer-level data through the public contact form.

Decisions, warranties and liability

Analysis depends on supplied data, definitions and stated assumptions. We use reasonable professional care but do not guarantee revenue, conversion or commercial outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential loss is excluded. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot legally be limited, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Suspension and termination

We may pause work for overdue payment, unlawful instructions, unsafe access or material non-cooperation after reasonable notice. Termination, cancellation and work completed are handled under the signed proposal and our cancellation and refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Statutory rights are not affected.
