Controller and contact
Monitorkernelgrid is the controller for personal data collected through this website and business enquiries. Contact: hello@monitorkernelgrid.digital, +44 161 496 0325, Level 10, 35 King Street, Manchester M2 7LE.
Data we collect and why
The contact form collects name, work email, selected service and message so we can answer an enquiry and take steps towards a contract. We process this on legitimate interests and, where relevant, pre-contractual necessity. We also retain contractual contacts, invoices and correspondence to deliver work, meet legal duties and establish or defend claims.
Do not send end-user datasets through the public form. Client data used in an engagement is governed by its agreement and processed only on documented instructions where we act as processor.
Cookies and analytics
Essential local storage remembers your cookie choice. Optional analytics, if enabled, would be used on consent to understand aggregate website use. Details and controls are in the cookie notice.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Contract, invoice and core project records are retained for up to seven years after the financial year in which work ends. Working analytical extracts are deleted according to the statement of work, normally within 60 days of acceptance. We retain less data where possible and longer only where law or an active dispute requires it.
Sharing and international transfers
We may use vetted hosting, email, secure file-transfer and professional advisers. They receive only what is necessary and are bound by contract or professional duties. If a supplier processes data outside the UK, we use an adequacy regulation or approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, with a transfer risk assessment where required. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Subject to legal limits, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@monitorkernelgrid.digital. We may verify identity and normally respond within one month. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Security and updates
We use access control, minimisation, encrypted transfer where appropriate and time-limited project access. No internet transmission is risk-free. Material changes to this notice will be dated on this page.
