What changes an estimate
The largest scope factors are the number and consistency of source systems, historical offer migrations, markets and currencies, missing identifiers, data preparation needs, and the number of decisions the brief must support. Annual plans may require a longer observation window, but not necessarily more analyst time.
On-site workshops outside central Manchester, specialist engineering support and urgent starts are quoted separately. Travel is agreed in advance at cost.
Payment schedule
For engagements over £5,000, 40% is invoiced to reserve the start date and 60% when the draft brief is delivered. Smaller engagements are normally invoiced 50% at booking and 50% on delivery. Standard payment terms are 14 calendar days.
Before you commit
A 30-minute scoping conversation is free. We will ask about the decision, available sources and cohort maturity. If the data cannot support the requested conclusion, we will say so before proposing work.
